CAR STICKER GUIDELINES

 

The following are the guidelines of the MHCC Car Sticker.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Before going ONSITE for the MHCC Car Sticker, kindly bring the following and submit it to the Registrar’s Office.

  1. Provide the physical photocopy of Driver's License, LTO Certification, and Official Receipt.

  2. If paid through bank transfer, provide the Proof of payment or Official Receipt of the Car Sticker.

  3. Bring the Vehicle/s that need to be stickered. For two or more vehicles, bring all those vehicles in the school. The assigned staff is the ONLY ONE who can place the sticker in your car for security purposes. Failure to bring all the vehicles, will note be accommodated or will be rescheduled.

 

If the above mentioned are missing on the day of the appointment in school, the application will not accommodate.

 

GUIDELINES

 

  1. The school will strictly implement the NO CAR STICKER, NO ENTRY policy.

  2. The Car Sticker serves as the permit for the Vehicle to enter the school vicinity and it is renewable yearly.

  3. 1 Vehicle = 1 Car Sticker (for 2 vehicles or more, purchase car stickers based on the number of cars signify to be stickered).

  4. The sticker should be placed in the passenger’s windshield at the upper right corner.

  5. Claiming of the Car Sticker is in the Registrar’s Office.

 

Take note that the school is not capable of any benefits and privileges you are expecting outside the school premises.
